The Metro Fund

The Metropolitan Local Government Waste and Resource Recovery Fund (Metro Fund) was a $5.5 million Victorian Government initiative that ran from 2011 - 2017 and aimed to assist councils in metropolitan Melbourne to implement best practice waste collection and management systems.
